Everyone needs that extra motivation; when at the gym I’m thinking of my future wife and basically preparing my body for her. Sounds weird, maybe even strange but we all have our motivation. That happens to be just one of mine. Off to the gym! 10:10am 2/3/2012

So yesterday I was wearing shorts and a t, ran a few laps and couldn’t wait for a glass of cold water. Today I have to wear jeans, boots, and a jacket while pleading for a cup of hot coffee. Conclusion: Houston weather is so BIPOLAR! -.-

I ate a Yo-go mix w/ M&M's

I dont care if its bad for me, but it was yummy with its sugary goodness (actually, really really sugary…).
I walked the puppy dog to at least burn a few more Cals before eating it, so I wouldn’t feel bad. Its awesome because today I only went over by 20 cal even with yo-go.
Don’t judge me. :)
That’s not too bad, I ate a whole pack of Cool Mint...

Heck yeah! I got up at 5 am and headed to the gym! I have a super busy day today: work and then school. in fact, I won’t be getting home until after 10pm, so 5 am was the only time I could workout and I DID! with NO EXCUSES!
Excellent job. Yes, leave the excuses for the people who need them. I always say, we are our biggest motivations and we can also be our biggest road...
